How long will it take to get my order?

All jerseys are custom-made to order and ship out in 9-12+ weeks from our factory in China.

All hats are custom-made to order and ship out in 10-15 days from our embroidery fulfillment center. 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. We ship via UPS and USPS.

* please note that The Maddest Hatter Co. is not responsible for lost/damaged/delayed/stolen packages.  Any questions regarding those circumstances should be directed to USPS or UPS.

What types of payments do you accept?

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

  • We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal. 

What is your return/refund policy?

  • We can't accept returns on any customized jersey that is made for you with your customized name and number. We suggest carefully looking at our size chart or contacting us to help find you the perfect size. All sales are final.
    • If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
    • Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
    • To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
    • For returns, please email hello@themaddesthatter.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
  • Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
  • When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
  • If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

How can edit my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

Is it safe to enter my credit card information?

All of your information is protected by SSL, meaning that your information is encrypted and can't be stolen when it's sent across the internet. It's the same type of encryption used by banks.

We work with one of the leading global payment providers – Stripe. Stripe is Level 1 PCI certified (the highest level attainable), and uses the most up-to-date SSL and encryption security techniques to ensure all payments flowing through their platform are protected.
